99 CANS OF Alcohol ON THE WALL

 

my personal project. because you can’t leave portfolio school without it.

Miami Ad School legend has it that many creatives who came before us were hired based off their personal projects. But portfolio school was also a lot of work, late nights out, and no room for much else.

While trying to work smart while playing hard, I had the idea of 99 Cans of Beer Alcohol on the Wall, inspired by the song about bottles. Since my classmates and I had been doing market research already. it just made sense to judge the contents of the most interesting beer/seltzer/wine/cocktail cans I could find—by their covers and the contents within.

They were chosen over others for some reason or another—between art, copy, and ABV—and I had to find out for myself if I was getting what was advertised.
